This course gives students the basics in navigating the travel and tourism industry. Learn about issues related to business and resource management, as well as tourism’s economic effect on Albuquerque and beyond.
- Onsite visits to local hotels provide a background in how to properly manage all aspects of travel, lodging, food services, and event planning. Requires travel to multiple hotel sites.
- Students who successfully complete this course will have an opportunity to apply for a paid internship.
